Humboldt’s Friday Fishing Report 3/11/2016

Reports

Salmon/Steelhead

Smith – The Smith cleared briefly on Wednesday but with the current rain forecast it is not expected to be fishable until next week. The Smith should be the first of the Humboldt County river systems to clear.

Trinity -The Trinity river is currently blown out and is not expected to open until late next week.

Eel/South Fork – Both the South Fork and the Eel river are both too high and muddy to fish. Both river systems should remain blown out for the next week at least.

Mad – The Mad river water levels are currently too high and too murky to provide anglers with any chance of success. The Mad river is not expected to clear until late next week.
